RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Warranty, terms and conditions

Bow’s Barn warranty is for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects of products purchased.

Any faults or issues must be immediately conveyed to Bow’s Barn along with images of the fault to info@bowsbarn.com.au.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, neglect, abuse, being tampered with, repair by 3rd party persons (including freight and installer) or damage due to an act of nature such as storms and floods. 

All reasonable efforts will be made to match the original product.

Every warranty claim will be assessed individually.

Returns & Replacements (Does not apply to stables, shelters, tie ups and tack rooms)

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we will take it back and refund you the full amount you paid for the item within 30 days of when you received it – so long as it is unopened and still in resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded & Return Postage will be on you.

We do our best to make sure everything is posted out in a way to minimise damage, but sadly sometimes things do go wrong. If a product does arrived damages, please email us a photo of it. We will either send a replacement or give you a replied paid address to send it back and we will give you a full refund including postage costs you would have paid.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
